Tires for the I-295 Commute
Yardley sits right at the Pennsylvania end of the Scudder Falls Bridge, and the old I-95 through Lower Makefield has been I-295 since 2018. Highway miles wear tires evenly but quickly, and an underinflated tire at highway speed runs hot. Tire pressure drops 1–2 psi for every 10°F the temperature falls, so the first cold mornings of fall are a good time to check yours against the label inside the driver's door.
